A Legacy of Growth: TESDA Celebrates 32nd Years of Building Careers

For 32 years, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has been a trusted partner in helping Filipinos build better lives through skills and training.
This year, on August 18, 2026, TESDA marks its 32nd anniversary with a joyful celebration held at Gaisano Grand Mall in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. Together with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the event also hosted the World Café of Opportunities Job Fair, offering a day full of promise and possibility.
During the anniversary program, TESDA took a moment to reaffirm its mission: to give Filipinos the skills and knowledge they need to thrive. With DOLE as a strong partner, making sure every Filipino worker has a fair chance to find work and succeed. The representative of the Municipal Mayor of Ipil reminded everyone, this event is about making sure every person can say, “Makat-on ko. Maka-panarbaho ko. Maka-panginabuhi ko.”
As TESDA celebrates 32 years of service, let us keep working together to turn our dreams into reality. And always remember—“Sa TESDA, Kayang Kaya".
