TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute
Welcome to Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute Website!

To change has been the tall order of the day under the administration of His Excellency Rodrigo Roa Duterte.   In response to this, Sec. Guiling Mamondiong,  the new Director General of TESDA vows to effect changes in the field of technical-vocational education and training by strongly pushing a two-pronged direction of TESDA in poverty alleviation. These are TVET for Global Competitiveness and TVET for Social Equity. This endeavor of Sec. Mamondiong is undeniably in harmony to what Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

At Kabasalan Institute of Technology, we continuously exert efforts to make the educational experience of our students meaningful, relevant, and responsive to the needs of the recent times.    We too are guided with the principle that when we educate the minds of our students through inculcating life skills, we must not forget to educate their hearts and to teach them to behave what they do not behave by teaching them life values.

All of this is made possible by our strong partnership with the industries, government agencies, Local Government Units, parents, student leaders, and other school stakeholders.
The creation of this website is one way of keeping our stakeholders connected and be abreast with the school’s latest happenings, developments, accomplishments as well as its growing services.
It is always a wonderful opportunity to let you know what is happening at KIT every now and then.  I therefore invite  you to enjoy navigating our website to stay informed and to join us in pursuing our commitment in building builders for the world.

Thank you.
