ZSPI Team Building Activities 2025
Team Building 2025 – Dumaguete City
The Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute (ZSPI) held its Team Building Activity 2025 in the scenic city of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, bringing together faculty and staff for a memorable experience of camaraderie, collaboration, and relaxation.
The activity was designed to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and foster unity among the ZSPI family. Set against Dumaguete’s beautiful coastal backdrop and warm hospitality, the event combined structured team-building exercises with cultural immersion and leisure.
Highlights of the event included:
Interactive Games & Challenges – Engaging activities tested teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills, encouraging cooperation beyond the workplace.
Workshops & Reflection Sessions – Facilitated discussions allowed staff to reflect on organizational goals and values, emphasizing a shared commitment to ZSPI’s mission.
Exploring Dumaguete – Participants enjoyed visits to the city’s iconic landmarks, delicious local delicacies, and its famous laid-back charm.
Bonding Moments – The event strengthened friendships, built trust, and created lasting memories among colleagues.
